摘　　要：目的:探讨改良耳颞手术切口联合口内切口在颧骨颧弓骨折手术中的临床效果。方法:收治颧骨颧弓骨折患者30例为观察组,采用改良耳颞手术切口联合口内切口方式治疗。收治颧骨颧弓骨折患者30例为对照组,采用头皮冠状切口方式治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组张口度、患者对伤口恢复满意度、手术出血量和术后皮肤弹性良好例数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良耳颞手术切口联合口内切口在颧骨颧弓骨折手术中的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified auricular temporal incision combined with intraoral incision in zygomatic and zygomatic arch fracture surgery.Methods:30 patients with zygomatic and zygomatic arch fracture were selected as the observation group,they were treated with modified auricular temporal incision combined with intraoral incision.30 patients with zygomatic and zygomatic arch fracture were selected as the control group,they were treated with scalp coronal incision,we compared the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the degree of mouth opening,patients'satisfaction with wound recovery,the amount of bleeding after operation and the number of cases with good skin elasticity were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified auricular temporal incision combined with intraoral incision in zygomatic and zygomatic arch fracture surgery was significant.
