摘　　要：目的:探讨尼莫地平对高血压脑出血及手术患者的疗效。方法:收治幕上高血压脑出血患者214例,根据是否采用尼莫地平治疗分为治疗组、对照组及相关手术亚组。采集年龄、GCS评分、术前血肿量、入院及出院时患肢肌力、MRS及全面衰退量表评分(GDS)、再出血等,对比分析各项指标。结果:治疗组出院时患侧肌力显著高于对照组,MRS评分及GDS评分显著少于对照组(P<0.05),相应手术亚组上述指标也得出相同结果。结论:高血压脑出血采用尼莫地平术中灌洗联合术后口服或单纯口服,疗效确切且安全性高,有利于神经功能及认知功能障碍恢复,改善患者预后。Objective:To investigate the effect of nimodipine on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and surgery.Methods:214 patients with supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were collected,according to whether or not nimodipine treatment is divided into the treatment group,the control group and the related surgical subgroup,we collected the age,GCS score,preoperative hematoma volume,limb muscle strength at admission and discharge,MRS and total decline scale score(GDS),rebleeding and other indicators,comparative analysis of the indicators.Results:The muscle strength of the affected side of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the MRS score and GDS score were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nimodipine intraoperative lavage combined with oral or simple oral administration after operation is effective and safe in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
