摘　　要：Wolfam综合征是一种常染色体隐性遗传性疾病,但该类患者伴发消化道症状的病例鲜有报告,且目前尚缺乏特殊的治疗,临床护理对于改善患者生活质量、预防继发损害至关重要。本文就2017年收治伴有肠道症状的Wolfram综合征患者1例,现将其特有的肠道症状及护理体会报告如下。Wolfam syndrome is an autosomal recessive inherited disease,but few cases of gastrointestinal symptoms associated with this kind of patients are reported,and there is no special treatment.Clinical nursing is very important to improve the quality of life of patients and prevent secondary damage.A Wolfram syndrome patient with intestinal symptoms was admitted to our department in 2017.The specific intestinal symptoms and nursing experience are reported below.
