基于共生体视角的信息服务平台商业模式研究——以南海深水网箱养殖产业为例

摘　　要：基于商业模式共生体理论,以珠三角9家深水网箱养殖企业为例,从共生体视角对南海深水网箱养殖产业商业模式进行了多案例研究,构建了基于大数据和客户平台商业模式理论框架的平台商业模式共生体设计模型。研究表明:"数据+用户服务"的共生体平台商业模式框架通过聚合、挖掘、数据分析和共享,优化了各利益相关者的资源利用率,降低了养殖产业生态圈的综合风险;通过信息服务平台形成核心交易结构,将焦点企业商业模式作为核心交易环节,进一步厘清了共生体商业模式集合理论。Based on the symbiont theory of business mode,taking the examples of nine deepwater cage breeding enterprises in the Pearl River Delta,this paper conducts a multi-case study on the business mode of deepwater cage aquaculture in the South China Sea from the perspective of symbiont theory.A symbiotic business model is constructed based on big data and customer platform business model.The research shows that:The symbiont platform business model framework of"data+user service"optimizes the resource utilization rate of all stakeholders through aggregation,mining,and data analysis and sharing,and reduces the comprehensive risk of the ecosystem of breeding industry;The symbiotic business model aggregating theory is clarified after the forming of core transaction structure through information service platform and the establishing of the core transaction link of the business mode of key enterprises.
