产业融合、规模农户与小农利益联结规模——基于劳动力雇佣视角

摘　　要：如何将小农纳入现代农业发展渠道,对于实现三农均衡发展具有重要意义。依据江苏378户规模种植户调研数据,基于劳动力雇佣视角,文章实证分析了产业融合对规模种植户与小农利益联结规模的影响。研究结果证明,产业融合有利于规模种植户通过劳动力雇佣,扩大与小农之间的利益联结规模,且外部产业融合更有利于通过长期雇佣扩大与小农的利益联结。相对于稻麦规模种植户,以经济作物为主的规模种植户开展产业融合更能够通过劳动力雇佣实现与小农的利益联结。最后,从利益联结对象来看,规模种植户通过劳动力雇佣途径,主要与大龄小农构建利益联结关系,且短期雇佣成为主要形式。How to bring small-scale farmers into the channels of modern agricultural development is of great significance for the balanced development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Based on the survey data of378farmer households in Jiangsu Province,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of industrial integration on the interest coupling between large scale farmers and the smallholders based on the employment of labor force.The results of the study show that industrial integration is conducive to expanding the scale of interests coupling between large-scale growers and smallholders,and the integration of external industries is more conducive to strengthening the interest bond through long-term employment.Compared with the rice-wheat growers,the industrial integration of large-scale cash-crop growers is more easier to realize the interest coupling between large scale growers and smallholders through employment.Finally,from the perspective of interest coupling subjects,large-scale growers form benefit coupling relationships with senior smallholders through employment of labor,and short-term employment becomes the dominant form.
