摘  要:[目的]通过设计不同土岩比和不同ABT1号生根粉处理方法的试验,探讨增加姑箐古茶树扦插扩繁成活率的方法。[方法]研究不同插床处理、激素处理、母株对插穗存活率和苗高的影响。[结果]相同激素处理的试验组存活率和苗高由高到低依次均为土岩比4∶1>土岩比9∶1>纯黄黏土;随着扦插苗的生长,相同苗床处理的试验组存活率和苗高由高到低依次均为速蘸10 s>浸泡30 min>不处理。[结论]土岩比4∶1处理的效果最好,但在高温天气失水较快,因此需要及时补充水分;100 mg/L的ABT1号生根粉速蘸10 s处理的效果最好。[Objective]To find the method to enhance the cutting survival rate of Guqing ancient tea tree.[Method]Effects of different cutting beds,hormone treatments and mother plants on the survival rate and plant height of Guqing ancient tea tree were studied.[Result]Under the same hormone treatment,the order of survival rate and seedling height from high to low was soil-rock ratio4∶1>soil-rock ratio9∶1>yellow clay soil.Under the same cutting bed,the order of survival rate and seedling height from high to low was dipping for10s>soaking for30min>no treatment with the growth of cutting seedlings.[Conclusion]Treatment of soil rock ratio4∶1showed the best effect,but water lost quickly under high temperature,so that we should keep hydrated.The100mg/L of ABT1solution dipping for10s had the best treatment effect.
