摘 要:[目的]为了明确大蒜与萝卜间作和轮作的可行性。[方法]以白萝卜为试材,采用盆栽培养方法研究了在不同大蒜浸提液浓度条件下萝卜生长指标和V_C含量的变化。[结果]大蒜浸提液浓度5~20 g/L时萝卜最大叶长呈一定的波动变化。大蒜浸提液浓度为5~20 g/L时,与对照相比,各处理叶片数增加程度不同;各处理与对照的根直径呈不同程度变化,存在显著差异。10 g/L大蒜浸提液处理对萝卜根直径的V_C含量影响最明显;与对照相比,不同浓度处理对叶子V_C含量的影响存在显著差异。[结论]大蒜浸提液对萝卜叶片和根部的生长具有明显的促进作用,在一定程度上提高萝卜V_C含量。[Objective]To research the intercropping feasibility of garlic and ternip.[Method]With ternip as the test materials,pot cultivation method was adopted to resarch the changes of ternip growth index and V C content under the condition of different garlic extract concentrations.[Result]When garlic extract concentration was5-20g/L,the increase of leaf number increased in different degrees.Compared with the control,the root diameters in different treatments varied in different degrees,showing significant differences.10g/L garlic extract treatment showed the most significant impacts on V C content of ternip root diameter.Compared with the control,different treatments showed significant differences in leaf V C content.[Conclusion]Garlic extracts had significant promotion effects on the growth of ternip leaf and root,and could enhance the V C content of ternip.
