摘  要:目的研究对比^(18)F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-FDG)和^(18) F-氟脱氧胸苷(^(18)F-FLT)PET/CT(正电子发射断层显像/X线计算机体层成像)两种不同诊断方法对肺部单发结节的诊断效能。方法对40例发现肺部结节的患者分别行^(18)F-FDG和^(18)F-FLT PET/CT扫描显像,以病理结果和随访6个月以上的诊疗结果为最终诊断,运用受试者ROC曲线对比^(18)F-FDG SUVmax、^(18)F-FLT SUVmax方法对肺部恶性病变的诊断价值;^(18)F-FDG SUVmax、^(18)FFLT SUVmax两种成像结果行半定量分析,对比其不同方法的诊断价值。结果 ^(18)F-FDG SUVmax、^(18)F-FLT SUVmaxROC曲线下面积分别为0.689、0.801。以^(18)F-FDG SUVmax>2.5、^(18) F-FLT SUVmax>1.4、^(18) F-FLT SUVmax/^(18)F-FDG SUVmax>0.5分别计算^(18)F-FDG SUVmax、^(18)F-FLT SUVmax及^(18)F-FLT SUVmax/^(18) F-FDG SUVmax的灵敏度、特异度、精确度分别是88.2%、65.2%和57.5%,82.4%、69.6%和75%,47.1%、91.3%和72.5%。结论 ^(18) F-FLT作为一种体现细胞增殖特征的PET/CT显像剂对临床肺部单发结节的诊断提供了进一步的参考。Objective To study and compare the Diagnostic efficiency of the two difference diagnostic method^18F-fluorothymidine(^18F-FDG)and^18F-fluorodeoxiglucose(^18F-FLT)PET/CT for single chest nodule.Methods A total of40patients found to be with chest nodules respectively using^18F-FDG and^18F-FLT PET/CT imaging,With pathologic results available and were followed up for6months after treatment.the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to compare^18F-FDG SUVmax and^18F-FLT SUVmax methods for diagnostic value for breast malignant lesions;Two kinds of imaging results of^18FFDG SUVmax and^18F-FLT SUVmax were semi-quantitatively analyzed,and the different method diagnosis value was compared.Results The area under the curve(AUC)of^18F-FDG SUVmax and^18F-FLT SUVmaxROC was0.689,0.801,respectively.Use^18F-FDG SUVmax,^18F-FLT SUVmaxand^18F-FLTSUVmax/^18F-FDG SUVmax accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of SUVmax were calculated based on the condition that^18F-FDG SUVmax2.5,^18F-FLT SUVmax1.4,^18F-FLT SUVmax/^18F-FDG SUVmax0.5respectively,was57.5%,88.2%,65.2%on^18F-FDG PET/CT imaging,75%,82.4%,69.6%on^18FFLT imaging and72.5%,47.1%,91.3%on^18F-FLT SUV max/^18F-FDG SUVmax.Conclusion^18FFLT,which was able to reflect the characteristics of cell proliferation,as an agent of PET/CT imaging on clinical single lung nodules diagnosis could provide certain reference.
