摘　　要：石墨烯是一种具有大的表面积、良好的化学稳定性、机械稳定性及生物相容性的二维平面结构材料。本文综述石墨烯及其衍生物在载药系统的研究进展。在生物医学领域,石墨烯及其衍生物有望作为药物传输系统进行体内给药。Graphene is a kind of two-dimensional planar crystal with large surface area,chemical stability,mechanical stability and good biocompatibility.This paper reviews the latest development of graphene and its derivatives in the application of drug carrier.In the biomedical field,graphene and its derivatives are expected to be used as drug delivery systems in vivo.
