摘 要:北京老城实施停车需求管理策略,新增停车设施必须十分谨慎,需要进行科学的规划研究。在实施人口疏解、车位共享等措施仍无法有效改善区域交通环境的前提下,可以规划研究是否新增停车设施。以白塔寺地区为例,借助街区外围新建城市道路的契机,利用道路地下空间规划设置停车库,对停车库建设的必要性、可行性、建设规模、管理措施等进行规划研究。结果表明,修建道路地下停车库可以更好地保护历史文化街区、保护胡同本身,创造更加人性化的出行环境。The older towns of Beijing City have implemented parking demand management strategies to limit the supply of parking facilities.Therefore,increasing parking spaces is always required to take a careful planning process.When strategies of population redistribution,parking sharing and other measures are unable to effectively release the traffic issues,it is suggested to study whether to increase parking spaces.With the construction of new urban roadways surrounding Baitasi historical district,this discusses the necessity,feasibility,development scale,and management measures for underground parking in the conserved historical areas.The result shows that parking facilities can be built under the constructed street around the historical area,considering conservation and renewal of historical areas,convenient walking and cycling environment.
