摘　　要："互联网+"和双创是目前的国家战略,也是高等教育改革发展的新焦点,也对高校人才培养产生了助推。本文分析了当前大学生创业发展状况及相关制约因素,提出了"互联网+"时代高校双创发展的途径。"Internet+"and"double creation"are the current national strategies,and also the new focus of the reform and development of higher education.This paper analyzes the current situation of university students'entrepreneurial development and the related restrictive factors.Then author puts forward the way of"double creation"of universities in the"Internet plus"era.
