摘 要:目的:通过Micro-CT技术结合逆向工程软件建立不同根管弯曲度的下颌中切牙三维有限元模型。方法:用Micro-CT扫描无明显根管弯曲的成人下颌中切牙,将获得的扫描图像输入Mimics 10.01软件进行几何重建,将其导入Geomagic Studio 10软件进行精修和曲面化后保存为IGES格式。最后利用Pro/Engineer Wildfire 4.0软件建立不同根管弯曲度的三维有限元模型。结果:建立弯曲角度(20°、40°)和弯曲半径(2 mm、5 mm)的下颌中切牙的三维有限元模型。结论:Micro-CT技术结合逆向工程软件可有效建立不同根管弯曲度的下颌中切牙三维有限元模型。Objective:To establish the three-dimensional finite element model of mandibular central incisors with different root canal curvatures using Micro-CT technology combined with reverse engineering software.Methods:Micro-CT scanning was performed for adult mandibular central incisors with no obvious root canal curvature,and the images obtained were entered into the Mimics10.01software for geometrical reconstruction;these images were stored as the IGES format after refinement and surfacing in the Geomagic Studio10software.The Pro/Engineer Wildfire4.0software was used to establish the three-dimensional finite element model of mandibular central incisors with different root canal curvatures.Results:The three-dimensional finite element models of the mandibular central incisors with bending angles of20°and40°and bending radiuses of2mm and5mm.Conclusion:Micro-CT technology combined with reverse engineering software can effectively establish the three-dimensional finite element model of mandibular central incisors with different root canal curvatures.
