摘  要:近年来,扭曲管换热器已经有了广泛的运用,研究扭曲管的力学性能变得十分重要。参照欧拉公式给出了扭曲管轴向稳定性计算的表达式;用有限元方法对扭曲管内外压稳定性进行了研究,得到了扭转可以增强、压扁会削弱管子内外压稳定性的结论,并给出了φ19 mm×1. 5 mm扭曲管许用内压的拟合表达式,对扭曲管的优化设计有一定的指导作用。Twisted tube heat exchangers have been widely used in recent years.Therefore,it is very important to study mechanical properties of twist tubes.Expressions for axial stability calculation of twisted tubes were given with reference to Euler′s formula.In addition,the internal and external pressure stability of the twisted tubes were studied by the finite element method,and the conclusion that twisting can enhance and flattening will weaken internal and external pressure stability of the twisted tubes was obtained.The fitting expression of allowable internal pressure is given for the twisted tubes of19mm×1.5mm,which provides certain guidance for optimizing design of twisted tubes.
