摘　　要：目的 研究细胞因子在苏子油胶囊联合扶正化瘀胶囊干预治疗中老年脂肪肝人群中的价值。方法 选择本院自2017年8月至2018年8月收治的320例中老年脂肪肝患者以及同期非脂肪肝健康人群50人作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同以及有无脂肪肝分为A、B、C、D、E 5组。其中A组为正常对照组,50例;B组为未进行治疗的患者,50例;C组为苏子油胶囊与扶正化瘀胶囊联合治疗组,170例;D组为苏子油胶囊治疗组,70例;E组为扶正化瘀胶囊治疗组,70例。比较A、B两组患者的肝功能及血脂检测指标,细胞因子(TNF-α、FGF-21、IL-33)水平;以B组为参照组,比较C、D、E 3组患者的疗效。结果 B组患者的肝功能以及血脂检测指标均显著高于A组(P<0.05);B组患者的TNF-α、FGF-21、IL-33细胞因子水平均显著高于A组(P<0.05);以B组为参照组,C组患者的治疗显效的有87例,占比66.92%,其治疗有效率为98.46%,显著高于D组的21例(30.00%)、81.43%和E组的20例(28.57%)、82.86%(P<0.05),D、E组患者的治疗有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 苏子油胶囊联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗中老年脂肪肝患者的效果良好,安全性好,可在临床上广泛推荐应用。Objective To study the value of cytokines in the evaluation of perilla oil capsule and Fuzheng Huayu capsule in the treatment of middle-aged and old patients with fatty liver.Methods 320 middle-aged and old patients with fatty liver and 50 healthy people without fatty liver were selected from our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018.According to the difference of treatment methods and fatty liver,the subjects were divided into five groups:group A(normal control group,n=50),group B(non-treatment group,n=50),group C(perilla oil capsule and Fuzheng Huayu capsule treatment group,n=170),group D(perilla oil capsule treatment group,n=70),group E(Fuzheng Huayu capsule treatment group,n=70).The liver function,blood lipid,and cytokines(TNF-α,FGF-21,IL-33)levels were compared between group A and B.The therapeutic effects of group C,D,E were compared with the group B as the reference group.Results The liver function and blood lipid in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05);the levels of TNF-α,FGF-21,and IL-33 in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).With the group B as the reference group,87 patients(66.92%)in group C were treated effectively,with the effective rate of treatment of 98.46%,which were significantly higher than 21 cases(30.00%)and 81.43%in group D,20 cases(28.57%)and 82.86%in group E(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate of treatment between group D and E(P>0.05).Conclusion Perilla oil capsule combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule is effective and safe in the treatment of middle-aged and old patients with fatty liver,which can be widely recommended in clinic.
