Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nerve reflex stimulation on acute rehabilitation of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 84 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were selected from our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018.The patients were randomly divided into reference group(n=42,routine rehabilitation methods)and study group(n=42,nerve reflex stimulation rehabilitation methods). The motor function score(Fugl-meyer score)and neurological deficit score were compared between the two groups. Results The upper limb and lower limb motor function scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group at one month after treatment[(63.1±4.5)vs.(58.9±5.1),(31.3±3.6)vs.(28.1±3.5)](P<0.05).The neurological deficit score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group at one month after treatment[(7.3±3.4)vs.(12.1±3.6)](P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nerve reflex stimulation in the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage has a positive effect on the process of limb movement and neurological recovery, with high clinical value.
