摘　　要：在对江西省高校青年体育教师现状进行调查研究的基础上,针对他们成长过程中存在的普遍性和特殊性问题,遵循人才成长规律,为其构建以青年体育教师成才需求为核心,以他们与学校共同发展为目标,建立健全青年体育教师分阶段培养体系为有效形式,以合理的成才激励机制为促进,以定量和定性相结合的综合评价标准为保障的发展路径。On the basis of investigation and research on the present situation of young PE teachers in Jiangxi Province,we will focus on the universality and particularity in the process of their growing up,observing the law of talent growth.We will work to ensure that building the demand for the talents of young PE teachers as its core,and secure that taking the development of young PE teachers and schools as the goal.We will endeavor to establish and perfect the stage training system of young PE teachers as an effective form,meanwhile,taking the rational incentive mechanism of young PE teachers in colleges and universities as the promotion and the comprehensive evaluation standard of young PE teachers combining quantitative and qualitative as the way of development.
