上市公司企业家背景特征对企业创新投入的影响

摘　　要：市场的核心在企业,企业的核心在企业家。企业家对于一个企业的未来发展至关重要,而创新又是企业发展的根本。基于中国境内上市公司企业家的背景特征数据和相应公司的创新投入数据,通过回归分析,研究发现:企业家的学历与企业创新投入呈倒U型关系,任职时间与企业创新投入呈U型关系,持股情况与企业创新投入呈显著的正向关系。提出以下建议:企业家股权激励;增加企业家人力资本投资,提升学历至本科或硕士;科学设置任职时间。The heart of the market is enterprise,and the heart of enterprise is entrepreneurs.Therefore,entrepreneurs are crucial for an enterprise s future development,and the innovation is the foundation for enterprise development.Based on the entrepreneurs background characteristics and innovation input data of listed companies in China,this paper found out through regression analysis that:Entrepreneurs academic qualifications and innovation investment of the enterprises are in an inverse U-shaped relationship,the employment period and the innovation investment is in a U-shaped relationship,the shareholding situation has significantly positive influence on corporate innovation investment.Therefore,the following suggestions were proposed:entrepreneur equity incentive;increasing entrepreneurial human capital investment;upgrade of academic qualifications to undergraduate or postgraduate;scientifically setting the employment period.
