摘　　要：对框架—抗震墙结构进行了介绍,通过对框架—抗震墙结构的计算比较,指出合理的布置钢筋混凝土剪力墙与框架柱的数量、位置、上部承重砌体承重墙的位置以及选择合适的托墙梁截面,不仅可以满足结构的强度和刚度要求,而且能更好地体现延性和耗能,减小在地震作用下的不利影响。This paper introduced the frame-seismic wall structure,through the calculation and comparison of frame-seismic wall structure,pointed out that the reasonable arrangement of the number,location of reinforced concrete shear walls and frame columns,the location of upper bearing masonry wall and selection of appropriate selection of support wall beam section could not only meet the strength and stiffness requirements of structure,but also could better reflect the ductility and energy dissipation,reduced the adverse effects of earthquake.
