摘  要:本研究依托中高职衔接的政策,调研中高职教育衔接的现状和发展趋势,结合河北能源职业技术学院、迁安职业技术教育中心和开滦技师学院的计算机专业实际情况,从行业需求入手,对就业岗位分析,以职业能力为核心,明确高职计算机网络技术专业人才培养目标,倒推中职的职业能力目标,形成目标明确、定位层次清晰的中、高职人才培养方案,做到"专业有所对口、课程有所对应、内容有所区分、知识与技能由浅入深、职业岗位由初级、中级到高级"专业教学标准,实现教育连续性,推动现代职业教育发展。This research project relies on the policy of connecting the secondary vocational education with the higher vocational education,investigating their current status and trends.Combining the actual situations of computer major from Hebei Energy College of Vocation and Technology,Qian’an Vocational Education Center,Kailuan Technician College,starting with the industrial demand,analyzing the employment position,taking the professional ability as the core to define the training target of the computer network technology professionals in higher vocational colleges,and backward analyzing the ability objectives of the secondary vocational schools.A talent training plan for the education stage of secondary vocational education and a talent training plan for the education stage of higher vocational education will be formed with clear goals and clear positioning levels,to achieve the professional teaching standards of"professional counterpart,curriculum correspondence,content differentiation,knowledge and skills from the superficial to the deep,and vocational post from the primary,middle to senior",realize the continuity of education and promote the development of modern professional education.
