摘　　要：目的探讨超声断层成像(TUI)技术在胃部常见病诊断中的应用价值。方法对55例门诊疑似有胃部疾病的患者行TUI技术的胃部超声造影及胃镜检查,并将检查结果与病理结果进行对照,对比分析两种方法对胃部常见病诊断的符合率、敏感度、准确率、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值。结果 55例经病理检查确认的患者中,TUI技术和胃镜对疾病的检出率分别为94. 5%和98. 2%。TUI技术诊断胃部恶性占位性病变的敏感度为80. 0%(4/5)、特异度为96. 0%(48/50)、阳性预测值为66. 7%(4/6)、阴性预测值97. 9%(48/49);胃镜诊断胃部恶性占位性病变的敏感度为80. 0%(4/5)、特异度为98. 0%(49/50)、阳性预测值为80. 0%(4/5)、阴性预测值98. 0%(48/50),两种检查方法对胃部常见病诊断差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论应用TUI技术诊断胃部常见病具有很高的准确性及敏感性,且为无创、可重复检查,对临床有重要指导意义。Objective To study the clinical value of tomographic ultrasound imaging(TUI)technique in diagnosis of gastric disease.Methods TUI technology and gastroscopy are applied to55cases patients who are suspected to have gastric disease in outpatient clinic,and compare the results with pathological findings.The coincidence rate,sensitivity,accuracy,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of two methods in diagnosis of common gastric diseases are analyzed.Results Among the55patients confirmed by pathological examination,the detec-tion rates of TUI technique and gastroscopy were94.5%and98.2%Respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of TUI technology were80%(4/5),96.0%(48/50),66.7%(4/6),97.9%(48/49)in diagnosis of malignant gastric lesions.The gastroscopy were80.0%(4/5),98.0%(49/50),80.0%(4/5),98.0%(48/50).There was no significant difference between the two methods in the diagnosis of common gastric diseases(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of TUI technology to diagnose common diseases in the stomach has high accuracy and sensitivity,and it is non-invasive and repeatable,which has important guiding significance for the clinic.
