摘　　要：目的探讨3. 0T核磁共振成像(MRI)与多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在胃癌诊断与原发灶侵犯(T)分期中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2016年1月—2017年12月治疗的68例胃癌患者的临床资料。所有患者均于术前接受3. 0T MRI及MSCT检查,以手术组织学检测结果为"金标准",分析两种检查方法的影像特征及诊断符合率差异。结果 3. 0T MRI及MSCT检查影像显示肿瘤病灶与胃壁病变层相对位置关系明确,且增强扫描时影像变化特征显著。3. 0T MRI对胃癌术前T分期诊断符合率明显高于MSCT(P <0. 05)。结论 3. 0T MRI在胃癌诊断及术前T分期中具备较MSCT更大的应用优势,可为临床诊治提供可靠的指导性依据。Objective To investigate application values of 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and multislice spiral CT(MSCT)in diagnosis and primary tumor invasion(T)stage of patients with gastric cancer.Methods Clinical data of 68 patients with gastric cancer admitted during January 2016 and December 2017 was retrospectively analyzed.All patients were given 3.0T MRI and MSCT examinations before operation.Histological examination results of operation were taken as"gold standard",and then differences of imaging features and diagnostic coincidence rate were analyzed in two examination methods.Results Both 3.0T MRI and MSCT showed a clear relationship of relative location between tumor lesion with layer of gastric wall lesion,and the change of imaging was significant by enhancement scanning.Diagnostic coincidence rate by 3.0T MRI for preoperative T staging of gastric cancer was significantly higher than that by MSCT(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3.0T MRI has a better application advantage than MSCT in diagnosis and primary tumor invasion(T)stage of patients with gastric cancer,and therefore it may provide a reliable guiding for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
