摘　　要：在分析国内外相关文献基础上,通过对当今学生课堂话语权缺失现状以及存在的问题进行分析,研究翻转课堂教学模式的理论基础、专家学者提出的模式及其在各学科中的应用,制定以构建学生课堂话语权为核心的翻转课堂教学模式,并应用于开放教育课程教学中,探索翻转课堂模式在中国开放教育课程中应用的可行性。Based on the analysis of the relevant literature at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of students’lack of classroom discourse right,studies the theoretical basis of the flipped classroom teaching mode and the model proposed by experts and scholars and its application in various disciplines,formulates the flipped classroom teaching mode with the construction of students’classroom discourse right as the core,and applies it to open education curriculum teaching,and explores the feasibility of the application of the flipped classroom model in the open education curriculum in China.
