摘 要:目的利用超声心动图技术观察急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)食蟹猴的左心室心功能的变化,为食蟹猴AMI模型的应用提供参考。方法分别对食蟹猴AMI模型建模前、建模后3天及建模后1个月进行超声心动图检查,观察左心室形态学、血流动力学、二尖瓣口血流速度和瓣环组织运动速度等的变化。结果与建模前相比,建模后3天食蟹猴左心室舒张末期后壁厚度(LV posterior wall thickness at end-diastole,LVPWd)显著增加(P <0. 05),左心室收缩末期内径(LV internal diameter at end-systole,LVIDs)建模1个月后显著增加(P <0. 05),同时,食蟹猴建模后3 d和1个月时左心室射血分数(LV ejection fraction,LVEF)、每搏输出量(stroke volume,SV)、左心室短轴缩短分数(LV fractional shortening,LVFS)均有显著降低(P <0. 05,P <0. 01);建模后1个月心排血量(cardiac output,CO)明显降低(P <0. 05),而建模3 d时心率(heart rate,HR)明显升高(P <0. 05)。结论超声心动图技术可以应用于食蟹猴AMI模型左心室心功能的评价;尤其是LVEF、SV、LVFS指标能反映AMI程度;食蟹猴AMI模型超声心动图评价结果与人类的AMI疾病超声心动图检查结果相类似。Objective Echocardiographic techniques were used to study the changes in left ventricular(LV)function of cynomolgus monkeys with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),providing a reference for application of the cynomolgus monkey AMI model.Methods Cynomolgus monkeys were subjected to echocardiography before surgery,and the changes in LV morphology,LV hemodynamics,transmitral peak inflow velocity,and mitral annulus velocity were determined at3days and1month after modeling.Results Compared with that before modeling,the LVPWd of cynomolgus monkeys was increased significantly at3days after modeling(P<0.05),and LVIDs were significantly increased at1month after modeling(P<0.05).LVEF,SV,and LVFS indexes of the cynomolgus monkeys were significantly decreased at3days and1month after modeling(P<0.05,P<0.01).CO was significantly decreased at1month after modeling(P<0.05),whereas HR was significantly increased at3days after modeling(P<0.05).Conclusions Echocardiographic techniques can be applied to LV cardiac function evaluation in the cynomolgus monkey AMI model.In particular,the indexes of LVEF,SV,and LVFS reflect the extent of AMI.The results of echocardiographic evaluation in the cynomolgus monkey AMI model are similar to those of human AMI.
