摘 要:鼻咽癌是我国最常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤之一,尤其是东南沿海两广,香港等地区发病率很高。并且因鼻咽癌发病位置的隐蔽性,故发现时多为中晚期,如何早发现,早治疗是困扰临床医生的难题。实验动物为鼻咽癌发病机制及治疗措施的研究提供了很好的模型。本文对经典鼻咽癌动物模型的建立及近期鼻咽癌动物模型的研究进展进行了综述,以期为鼻咽癌的研究和成果临床转化提供依据。Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is one of the most common malignancies of the head and neck in China.In particular,there is a high incidence in Guangdong and Guangxi,Hong Kong,and the southeast coast of China.Because of the inconspicuous location of nasopharyngeal cancer,it is mostly detected at mid-and late-stages.Early detection and treatment of this tumor are difficult for clinicians.Experimental animals provide a good model to study the pathogenesis and therapeutic measures of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.This article reviews the establishment of animal models of classical nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the recent research progress in animal models of nasopharyngeal carcinoma to provide a basis for research of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the translation of new research findings into clinical application.
