摘  要:本试验利用高蛋白棉粕替代产蛋鸡饲料中的豆粕,并添加角蛋白酶和卵磷脂,以降低养殖成本,提高饲料消化率。以蛋白质和钙的体外消化率为评价指标,优化高蛋白棉粕、角蛋白酶、卵磷脂以及钙磷的添加量。结果表明:高蛋白棉粕添加量为10%时,角蛋白酶、卵磷脂、磷酸氢钙、石粉的添加量分别为0.088%、2.1%、1.77%、8.1%时,综合评分达到最大值。In this paper,high-protein cottonseed meal was used to replace the soybean meal in the feed of laying hens,keratinase and lecithin were added to reduce the breeding cost and improve the feed digestibility.The in vitro digestibility of protein and calcium were used as evaluation index to optimize the addition of high-protein cottonseed meal,keratinase,lecithin,calcium and phosphorus.The results showed that when the amount of high protein cottonseed meal added was 10%,the total scores reached the maximum when the added amounts of keratinase,lecithin,calcium hydrogen phosphate,and stone meal were 0.088%,2.1%,1.77%and 8.1%,respectively.
