摘  要:针对已有一定自然贮存年限电子整机产品的加速贮存试验,提出一套完整的寿命预测及统计分析方法,包括基于支持向量机的寿命预测方法和针对已有贮存年限产品的恒定应力加速试验数据统计分析方法。根据提出的评估方法,针对某型电子整机加速贮存试验数据进行有效的评估,验证了本方法的可行性与有效性。A integrated life predict and analysis method for the accelerated storage testing of electronic products with several storage years are put forward,including the life predict method based on support vector machine and the analysis method for the constant stress accelerated storage testing of products with several storage years.According to the assessment method of this paper,data of accelerated storage testing for computer on missile is assessed effectively,and this method is validated.
