摘　　要：目的规范医疗机构新技术的开展,防范新技术的应用不当引发的医患纠纷,以保障患者的知情同意权。方法归纳某医疗机构2018年上半年多渠道投诉情况,分析医院新技术使用不当引起纠纷的原因,针对纠纷中存在的问题并提出完善的建议。结果完善监管制度,加强针对性措施;保障患者知情同意权,维护患方合法权益;避免不适宜的滥用,加强术后人文关怀;拓宽宣传渠道,普及技术信息,防范技术的纠纷问题和保障患者的知情同意权。结论医疗机构新技术的纠纷防范可通过完善监管制度、保障患者知情同意权、避免不适宜的滥用等方面进行不断完善。Objective:To standardize the development of new technology in medical institutions,in order to prevent doctor-patient disputes resulted from the improper application of new technology and protect patients'right of informed consent.Methods:This paper summarized the multi-channel complaint in one medical situation in the first half of2018,analyzed the reasons about medical disputes resulted from the improper use of new technology in hospitals and put forward improving suggestions aiming at the existing problems in disputes.Results:It should improve the supervision system and strengthen targeted measures;protect patients'informed consent right and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of patients;avoid inappropriate abuse and increase postoperative humanistic care;broaden publicity channels and popularize technical information,to prevent disputes of technology and protect patients'informed consent right.Conclusion:Dispute prevention of new technologies in medical institutions can be continuously improved by improving the supervision system,ensuring the informed consent right of patients and avoiding inappropriate abuse.
