摘  要:通过对目前汽车市场单区自动空调舒适性差、油耗高的问题进行分析,提出了采用PID外控式变排量压缩机控制方法,并取消出风口温度传感器的配置方案,采用低成本的技术方案和高级的控制策略设计一套单区自动空调,保证低成本的同时又满足整车空调舒适性,并且满足平台化要求,可以对类似的汽车自动空调设计提供参考,应用于以后的新车型。Through the analysis of the problems of poor comfort and high cost of automatic air climate control in automobile market,the PID external controlled variable displacement compressor control method is put forward,and the configuration scheme of the air outlet temperature sensor is cancelled.A set of automatic air climate control is designed with low cost technical scheme and advanced control strategy in which can ensure low cost and satisfy the comfort of vehicle air climate.The scheme has been successfully applied to the existing models of our company and meets the requirements of the platform.It can provide reference for the design of similar auto air climate and apply to the new models in the future.
