摘　　要：结合高速公路养护机械操作人员专业技能培训考核体系研究与实践的重点方向,根据沥青混凝土摊铺机操作人员国家职业标准及企业需求分析其工作任务,再根据知识与技能要求确定培训体系课程及技能考核方案,为高速公路养护机械操作人员专业技能培训考核体系研究与实践提供依据。working tasks are analyzed combining with the main direction of the research and practice of the training assess-ment system of the highway maintenance machinery operators'professional skills,also according to the national profes-sional standard and the enterprise needs.Then according to the knowledge and requirements,skills training system courses and assessment schemes are designed,which provide a basis for the research and practice of the training assessment system of the highway maintenance machinery operators'professional skills.
