摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护理对腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术患者心理状态及术后恢复的影响。方法纳入2016年1月至2017年12月我院收治的100例腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术患者,随机将其分为观察组以及对照组,每组各50例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理措施的基础上应用手术室护理。比较两组患者的心理状态及术后恢复状况。结果护理后,两组抑郁、焦虑评分低于组内护理前,观察焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、下床活动时间、术后肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理对于结直肠癌切除术患者具有积极的影响作用,既可改善患者负性情绪,又可促进患者早期康复,具有良好的临床实用价值。Objective To explore the effect of operating room nursing care on the psychological state and postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection.Methods 100 cases of laparoscopic colorectal resection were selected in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given operating room nursing care on the basis of routine nursing measures.The psychological state and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared.Results Post nursing,the scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups were lower than those in the group pre nursing,and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of hospitalization,the time of ambulation,the time of postoperative anus exhaust and the recovery time of bowel sounds were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room nursing care had a positive influence on patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection,which could not only improve the negative emotion of the patients,but also promote the early rehabilitation of the patients.It had a good clinical practical value.
