螺旋形鼻肠管在重症胰腺炎行肠内营养支持的管理

摘　　要：目的螺旋形鼻肠管在重症胰腺炎行肠内营养支持的管理;方法对91例使用螺旋形鼻肠管的重症胰腺炎行肠内营养进行管路管理及并发症的护理。结果在重症胰腺炎患儿使用过程中,有3例发生堵管中,2例管路没有通开,1例管路通开,发生腹泻3例。鼻肠管平均使用时间大于8周。结论通过对螺旋形鼻肠管的管路的管理,延长管路的使用时间,降低重新置管,使重症胰腺炎患儿得到肠内营养支持。Objective Management of enteral nutritional support in severe pancreatitis by spiral nasal intestinal duct;Method forPipe management and nursing of complications in 91 patients with severe pancreatitis using spiral nasal intestinal duct.Results In children with severe pancreatitis,there were 3 cases of blocked pipes,2 cases of pipeline was not open,1 case of pipeline was open,and 3 cases of diarrhea occurred.The average length of use of nasal and intestinal tubes is greater than 8 weeks.Conclusion Through the management of the pipeline of the spiral nasal intestinal tube,the use time of the pipeline is extended,and the re-placement of the tube is reduced,so that children with severe pancreatitis receive enteral nutritional support.
