摘　　要：目的探讨女性直肠癌后盆腔切除术及其疗效。方法随机选取在2015年2月-2018年2月收集的女性直肠癌患者资料共60例作为研究对象进行分析,按照数字表法将他们分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30),对照组行麦氏术治疗,研究组行后盆腔切除术治疗,观察两组患者的生存率、临床疗效。结果研究组的生存率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的临床疗效较对照组来说显著较好(P<0.05)。结论后盆腔切除术治疗女性直肠癌的临床效果理想,且安全性较高,患者满意程度较高,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective to explore the effect of pelvic resection after rectal cancer in women.Methods The data of 60 female rectal cancer patients collected from February 2015 to February 2018 were analyzed.according to the digital meter method,they can be divided into control group(n=30)and group(n=30)and control group in line for the treatment of McIntosh,pelvic resection treatment after the team line,observe the survival rates of two groups of patients,the clinical curative effect.Results the survival rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion post-pelvic resection for the treatment of rectal cancer in women has an ideal clinical effect with high safety and patient satisfaction,which is worthy of further clinical application.
