摘　　要：应用型本科院校旅游专业为行业发展培养了大批优秀、高素质的应用型人才。深入剖析顶岗实习保障系统的驱动机制,能够进一步提升应用型本科院校旅游专业人才培养质量。从分析旅游专业顶岗实习的必要性出发,通过构建顶岗实习保障系统,建立顶岗实习保障驱动模型,揭示顶岗实习保障系统的驱动机理,为应用型本科院校旅游管理专业顺利实施顶岗实习工作提供支撑。Tourism specialty of applied undergraduate colleges has cultivated a large number of excellent,high-quality talents for the development of tourism industry.It can enhance tourism professional talent training quality in applied colleges by analyzing the driving mechanism of the guarantee system of in-post internship.The article,starting from the necessity of tourism professional in-post internship,by building in-post internship safeguard system and driver model,reveals the driving mechanism of the guarantee system of in-post internship.It provides support for the successful implementation of tourism specialty in-post internship in applied undergraduate colleges.
