摘  要:将电动汽车的电机驱动系统重构成蓄电池充电系统,能够省去车载充电器,同时实现大功率快速充电。研究了一种基于12/10极电励磁双凸极电机(DSEM)的集成化充电系统。驱动模式时,采用前级DC/DC变换器与后级逆变器级联的方式驱动电机;充电模式时,该电机的三相电枢绕组作为三相桥式整流器的三个电感,励磁绕组作为前级DC/DC变换器中的滤波电感,由于该电机各绕组自感较大且保持恒定,易于实现小电流纹波充电,且电机在充电模式下仅产生微小脉动转矩,充电效率相对较高。针对所提系统,搭建了基于ANSYS和MATLAB软件的电机本体有限元模型和变换器模型,采用了正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)和空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)两种控制方式,对比分析了充电模式下的电流、电压等特性,验证了该集成化拓扑结构的可行性。The traction system of EVs could be reconfigured to be a battery-charging system,then the traditional onboard charger is saved and the high power charging capability could be realized.An integrated motor-driving and batterycharging system was studied based on the12/10-pole doubly salient electromagnetic motor(DSEM).During the driving mode,the front-end DC/DC converter and the cascade inverter were employed to drive the DSEM.While in the charging mode,the three-phase windings could be exploited as the inductances of the three-phase rectifier,and the excitation windings could be the filter inductances of the front-end DC/DC converter.Due to the large and constant self-inductances of the armature windings and excitation windings,low current ripples could be achieved,and the charging efficiency could be high since tiny torque generates during the charging process.To the system,the element finite model of DSEM and the power system model were established by ANSYS and MATLAB software.Co-simulations based on SPWM and SVPWM were accomplished to demonstrate the current and the voltage characteristics of the charging mode,and the feasibility of the system was proved.
