摘　　要：文化共建是医院文明建设的重要内容与关键策略。作为上海市A医院文明建设的重要评价内容之一,运用改良版Denison医院文化测评工具,采用分层随机抽样方法,进行了员工医院文化测评,运用广义线性模型计算不同类型员工的文化感知调整均值,解析差异,并对职业与政治面貌进行了交互作用分析,以此提出意见与建议。Cultural co-construction is an important content and key strategy for hospital civilization construction. The paper used the modified Denison organizational culture evaluation tool for public hospital,and surveyed the employees by stratified random sampling. Meanwhile,the generalized linear model was applied to analyze the differences among the various types of employees by calculating the related adjusted means,and then the interactions of professional and political affiliation were explored to provide comments and suggestions.
