摘　　要：调查海南省"农村干部大专学历教育项目"三个年级村官大学生创业情况及创业教育需求情况,村官大学生创业动力、创业效果、创业困难等方面状况引发村官大学生创业教育教学内容、方式等方面独特需求。利用简单实用的教学内容,行动导向教学方法,学员资源创造创业氛围开展村官大学生创业教育很有意义。investigation on the“Rural cadres’College Education Project”in Hainan Province,which was set up by three grade village officials college students.The situation of industry and the demand of entrepreneurship education,the driving force of entrepreneurship,the effect of entrepreneurship,the difficulties of entrepreneurship and so on,lead to the unique demand of the teaching contents and ways of entrepreneurship education of village officials.Using simple and practical teaching content,action oriented teaching method,using student resources to create entrepreneurial atmosphere to develop entrepreneurship education for village officials of college students.
