摘　　要：外泌体是活细胞分泌到细胞外的微小囊泡。近年来,越来越多的研究发现外泌体会影响血液系统恶性肿瘤的病程进展。外泌体生物标志物的判定有可能作为血液系统恶性肿瘤早期诊断、疗效评价或者预后判断的依据。本文就白血病、淋巴瘤及其他血液系统恶性肿瘤相关外泌体的最新研究进行综述。Exosomes are tiny vesicles secreted by living cells outside the cell.In recent years,more and more studies have found that exosomes affect the progression of hematological malignancies.The determination of exosomal biomarkers may serve as a basis for the early diagnosis,therapeutic evaluation,or prognosis of hematological malignancies.This article reviews recent studies on leukemia,lymphoma,and other exosomes related to hematological malignancies.
