摘  要:针对实际应用过程出现的问题进行故障模式分析,提出采用多车速信号源融合的冗余处理方案。该车速信号处理系统融合了车速传感器硬线脉冲信号、防抱死制动系统ABS的CAN信号和车队管理系统的GPS车速信号,通过彼此互相冗余校验、修正,有效解决了单一车速信号源系统由于干扰、连接不可靠等因素引起的车速异常问题,保证了整车车速信号的稳定性和可靠性。The failure mode for problems that occur in the actual application process is analyzed,and a multivehiclesignal source fusion redundancy scheme is proposed.The vehicle speed signal processing system incorporatesa pulse signal from sensor,a CAN signal from ABS,and a GPS signal from FM.Through mutual redundancy checkand correction,the speed problem caused by factors such as interference and unreliable connection is solved effectivelyin a single vehicle speed signal source system.So the stability and reliability of the vehicle speed signal is ensured.
