摘　　要：目的:探讨应用超声微泡造影剂联合经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术的效果及对患者生存时间的影响。方法:选取2016年5月至2017年5月我院收治的膀胱肿瘤患者142例,根据治疗方法不同分成两组,对照组应用经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术进行治疗,研究组应用超声微泡造影剂联合经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果及预后。结果:治疗后,研究组患者的手术时长、术中出血量、住院时间、留置尿管的时间以及膀胱冲洗时间明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。研究组术后3个月、6个月、1年生存率明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗后,研究组患者的闭孔神经反射、尿道狭窄、膀胱痉挛以及血钠水平降低等并发症发生情况明显少于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:膀胱肿瘤患者采用超声微泡造影剂联合经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术的治疗效果良好,术后复发率、并发症的发生率低,创伤小,明显延长了患者的生存时间,值得临床推广与应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of ultrasound microbubble contrast agent combined with transurethral holmium laser resection of bladder tumor and its survival time.Methods:142 patients with bladder tumor from May 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,the control group was treated with transurethral holmium laser resection of bladder tumor treatment,the research group used ultrasound microbubble combined with transurethral holmium laser resection of bladder tumor treatment.Compared two groups of patients results and prognosis.Results:After treatment,the duration of surgery,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,time of indwelling catheter and time of bladder irrigation in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).3 months,6 months and 1 year survival rate were significantly higher in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the complications of obturator nerve reflex,urethral stricture,bladder spasm and decreased serum sodium level in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with bladder tumor by ultrasound microbubble combined with transurethral holmium laser resection of bladder tumors the good curative effect,postoperative complications,recurrence rate of the low incidence of trauma,prolong the survival time of patients,is worthy of promotion and application.
