摘  要:目的探讨快速超声组织处理技术在肺结节标本制片中应用的效果。方法 80例直径≤2cm肺小结节标本,每例各取两个蜡块,分别进行快速超声和常规石蜡处理,行HE染色。选取其中20例肺腺癌标本,行免疫组化CK7、TTF1、Ki67蛋白标记。结果严格按照质控要求判读。结果两种处理方法所制切片的常规染色、免疫组化染色结果,均无明显差异(P>0. 05)。结论快速超声技术处理的肺小结节标本,其切片在HE染色、免疫组化标记等方面制片快、质量稳定,能够更好的为临床肺结节的病理诊断和个体化精准治疗的开展提供优质服务。Objective To investigate the efficacy of rapid ultrasonic tissue processing technology on pulmonary nodules.Methods 80 samples of pulmonary nodules(d≤20mm)were selected,and 2 paraffin blocks of each sample was processed with the rapid ultrasound method and conventional paraffin method respectively.The paraffin sections were treated with HE stain.20 samples of malignant tumors were treated with immunohistochemical stain to detect the expression of CK7,TTF1 and Ki67 Markers.All results were evaluated under the regulation of QoS(Quality of Service)requirement.Results There was no significant difference in staining results between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion For pulmonary nodules tissue paraffin block,rapid ultrasound processing method is much faster and more stable than conventional paraffin processing method in treatment of HE staining and immunohistochemical staining.Thus,it can better provide quality service for the pathological diagnosis and individualized accurate treatment of clinical pulmonary nodules.
