摘 要:继电器多余物检测自动检测系统进行冲击试验时,产生的冲击加速度波形脉宽小,无法满足测试条件要求,为此需提高冲击加速度波形脉宽。首先利用柔性体建模的方法,对振动台反力系统进行建模分析及数值计算;然后使用有限元非线性动态分析方法,求解振动台电磁机构动态特性;最后建立振动台碰撞部件的连续碰撞力模型,求解振动台冲击碰撞过程。通过所建立起来的振动台虚拟样机模型,分析出影响振动台冲击加速度脉宽的因素,并对振动台进行改进设计,最终解决了问题。When the impact test is performed using the automatic detection system of relay’s particles,the pulse width of the acceleration waveform generated by the system is too small to meet the requirements of test conditions.It is necessary to increase the pulse width of the impact acceleration waveform,so it is effective to model the virtual prototype of the vibration table being used in the system.The flexible body method is used to model the reaction system of the vibration table and get the numerical calculation results.The finite element nonlinear dynamic analysis method is applied to solve the dynamic characteristics of electromagnetic mechanism of the vibration table.A continuous collision force model of the vibration table is established to solve the process of the impact collision of the vibration table.Through building virtual prototype model of the vibrating table,the factors affecting the pulse width of the vibration table can be analyzed,and the vibration table’s characteristic is improved.The problem is solved and can be practically applied well.
