摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为提高公安情报分析工作质量提供参考。[方法/过程]阐述公安情报分析工作现状,从信息数量、信息质量、信息采集渠道、情报分析人员业务能力、情报分析的局限性等方面分析其面临的困境,并探讨应对措施。[结果/结论]提出建立系统实时的信息过滤机制,提高信息资源质量和信息资源共享能力,建立信息资源开发利用机制,建立科学的情报分析奖惩机制,加大情报人才培养力度等建议。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for improving the quality of public security intelligence analysis.[Method/process]The paper expounds the status quo of public security intelligence analysis,analyzes the predicament from the aspects of quantity of information,quality of information,channel of information,intelligence analysts’professional ability,and limitations of intelligence analysis,and discusses the countermeasures for them.[Result/conclusion]It gives suggestions including establishing a systematic timely information filtering mechanism to improve quality of information resource and sharing capacity;establishing resources development and utilization mechanisms,formulating scientific rewards and punishments mechanisms,and intensifying talent training.
