摘　　要：目的探讨唤醒状态下手术切除脑功能区胶质瘤围手术期标准化护理流程的应用效果。方法选取2015年12月至2017年12月武汉大学中南医院在术中唤醒状态下手术切除的36例脑功能区胶质瘤为研究对象,18例给予胶质瘤切除术围手术期常规护理(对照组),18例给予标准化护理流程(观察组)。结果观察组术后住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),而出院时Barthel指数、护理满意度评分明显提高(P<0.05)。结论制定并实施唤醒状态下手术切除脑功能区胶质瘤围手术期标准化护理流程,能够保证高品质护理服务同质化,帮助实现在手术安全的前提下最大范围实施肿瘤切除、保留功能,病人更满意。Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing procedure on the patients with gliomas in cerebral functional areas resected by surgery under intraoperative wakening up.Methods The surgery under intraoperative wakening up was performed in our from December,2015to December2017,in30patients with gliomas in cerebral functional areas,department of whom,15(observed group)received the perioperative nursing procedure,and15(control group)routine nursing during the perioperative period.The postoperative hospital stay,Barthel scale on discharge,the degree of satisfactoriness were compared between both the groups.Results The postoperative hospital stay[(10.7±1.4)days]was significantly shorter in the observed group than that[(12.3±2.4)days]in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Barthel scale and degree of satisfactoriness were significantly higher in the observe group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The preoperative nursing procedure is helpful to total resection of the tumors as possible and preservation of function and surgical safety in the patients with gliomas in the cerebral functional areas undergoing the surgery under intraoperative wakening up.
