摘　　要：对医务退休职工的服务和管理需要退管相关主管部门、政策制定机构以及社会各界人士共同的关心关注,并逐步探索出适合地区特色的精细化管理的退管文化,不断满足退休职工日益增长的美好生活需要。In order to meet the growing demands of a better life for retired workers,relevant departments,policymaking institution and people of all sectors across the country need to pay more attention to retired workers’life.Thus,we will gradually explore the retired worker culture with specifi c local characteristic and sophisticated management.
