摘　　要：目的了解嘉兴地区牙种植术后患者的主观满意度及其影响因素。方法收集嘉兴地区经治1年以上的376例牙种植患者的基本信息资料,拟定满意度调查表并对其进行VAS主观满意度问卷调查,分析患者的基础信息与满意度之间的关系。结果患者基本信息分布比例符合嘉兴地区社会结构,牙种植治疗满意度调查问卷的各项VAS值均大部分落于60～100分范围区间内,属于"优良"评价,满意度最低项目"种植牙咬物"为75. 61±9. 10分。相关影响因素分析显示年龄、职业、术式、牙位、邻牙、对颌牙对患者满意度影响差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05),性别、学历、手术地点对患者的主观满意度影响无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论嘉兴地区牙种植治疗患者主观满意度较好,患者年龄、职业、牙位、邻牙及对颌牙情况对患者治疗满意度评分的项目各有不同程度的影响。Objective To evaluate the subjective satisfaction with dental implant operation of patients from Jiaxing and to examine the factors that affect the patients’subjective satisfaction.Methods Firstly,the general personal details were collected of 376 patients from Jiaxing area who were subjected to dental implant operation one year earlier.A questionnaire including VAS evaluation system was then designed and used to survey the patients.An analysis was lastly conducted into the correlation of the general personal information and the possible factors.Results The pattern of general personal details corresponded to the characteristics of the social structure of Jiaxing area.The values in terms of the patients’satisfaction as measured with VAS was in the range of 60~100,which suggested distinctive level of satisfaction in the subjects.The item,‘always use the implants to bite’,got the lowest score:75.61±9.10.The analysis showed age,occupation,operation approach,tooth position,adjacent tooth and the clutch tooth were the main factors that affect the patients’satisfaction.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Such factors as gender,level of education and choice of operation site did not constitute significant difference in the influence of the subjects’satisfaction(P>0.05).Conclusions The subjective satisfaction with dental implant operation of patients from Jiaxing appears at excellent level.Age,occupation,operation approach,tooth position,adjacent tooth and the clutch tooth were the main factors that impose influence of different degrees on the patients’satisfaction.
