供应链视角下石狮服装产业物流快速反应系统研究

摘　　要：伴随着以客户需求为导向的服装产业发展变化,构建物流快速反应系统成为必然。文中对供应链视角下石狮服装产业物流存在问题进行分析,并建立物流快速反应系统和着重分析其物流快速反应系统实现的关键点,为服装产业物流改善客户服务水平、提高库存周转率、提高市场反应能力和降低运营成本等提供参考。With the development of the clothing industry oriented to customer demand,it is inevitable to build a rapid response system for logistics.This paper analyzes the problems of Shishi garment industry logistics based on the perspective of supply chain,and establishes a rapid response system for logistics and expounds the key points of the rapid response system.Provide reference for improving customer service level,inventory turnover rate and market,reducing operating costs for garment industry logistics.
