重组人白细胞介素-11治疗急性白血病化疗后血小板减少的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析急性白血病化疗后血小板减少患者采用重组人白细胞介素-11治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2014年3月—2018年4月在平顶山市第一人民医院收治的急性白血病患者63例,以治疗方式为依据,分为两组。对照组仅接受常规化疗,在此基础上,观察组联合重组人白细胞介素-11治疗,对比两组治疗后血小板指标、不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组对比,观察组血小板输注量更少,血小板最高值更高,血小板恢复时间更短,差异明显(P <0. 05);与对照组对比,观察组患者消化道出血、泌尿道出血、皮肤出血与口腔出血等不良反应发生率更低,差异明显(P <0. 05)。结论急性白血病化疗后血小板减少患者采用重组人白细胞介素-11治疗的临床疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interleukin-11in the treatment of thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy in patients with acute leukemia.Methods63cases of acute leukemia in the hospital from March,2014to April,2018were selected and divided into two groups based on the treatment method.The control group were treated with conventional chemotherapy only.On this basis,the observation group were treated through combination with recombinant human interleukin-11treatment.The platelet index and adverse reaction of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the platelet transfusion in the observation group was less,the highest platelet value was higher,the time of platelet recovery was shorter,and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding,urinary bleeding,skin bleeding and oral bleeding was lower in the observation group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interleukin-11is effective in the treatment of thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy in patients with acute leukemia.
