摘　　要：为促进矿用特种无轨胶轮车的安全、高效运行,本文基于莱州亚通公司生产的矿用特种作业车辆在黄陵矿区一号煤矿的应用现状,重点研究其冷器、排气支管、集中注油台以及主泵流量控制器等关键部件的改造,提出了这些部件的具体技术改造方案,并总结了各项改造取得的实用效果,从而更好为矿井生产服务。In order to promote the safe and efficient operation of special trackless rubber-tyred vehicle for mining,based on the application status of special mining vehicle produced by Laizhou Yatong Company in No.1Coal Mine of Huangling Mining Area,this paper focuses on the transformation of key components such as cooler,exhaust branch pipe,centralized oil injection platform and flow controller of main pump,and puts forward these parts.The specific technical transformation plan of the part is summarized,and the practical effect of each transformation is summarized,so as to better serve the mine production.
