摘　　要：目的:优化设计基于物联网的医用耗材管理系统,促使采购、出入库及与财务信息系统连接畅通。方法:利用互联网相关技术,分析采购、出入库及与财务对接3方面存在的问题,改进思路及操作流程,优化现有医用耗材管理的物流模型。结果:设计开发出基于物联网管理的医用耗材管理流程,规范医用耗材的操作管理,优化医院的资源配置,完善医用耗材采购的管理模式。结论:经过优化的医用耗材管理系统可实现监管医用耗材的采购、存储、申领及与财务系统互联互通,节约医用耗材成本,提高医用耗材管理效率。Objective:To optimally design management system of medical consumables based on internet of things so as to ensure procurement,out-put and in-put of warehouse and the connectivity with financial information system are unblocked.Methods:Using the relevant technique of internet of things to analyze the existed problems in 3 aspects included procurement,out-put and in-put of warehouse and financial connection,and to improve ideas and operational process,and to optimize the existed logistics model of medical consumables management.Results:The management process of medical consumables based on internet of thing management was designed and developed.And the operation management of medical consumables was regulated.And the resource allocation of hospital was optimized,and the management mode of medical consumables purchase was improved.Conclusion:The optimized management system of medical consumables can achieve the supervision on procurement,storage,application and connectivity with the financial system for medical consumables,and it can reduce cost of medical consumables and improve management efficiency for them.
