摘　　要：文章从强化沟通、培养团队精神、建立激励方法、选择优秀管理者四个方面详细介绍了医院后勤团队建设的具体方法,为各医院建设强有力的后勤团队提供了参考和借鉴。This article introduces the specific methods of hospital logistics team construction from four aspects:strengthening communication,cultivating team spirit,establishing incentive methods and selecting excellent managers.It provides reference for the construction of strong and powerful logistics teams in hospitals.
